PDF will be available later.
Tomáš Kubinec is the founder of Teksentra, an acquisition initiative pursuing the long-term ownership and development of technical-service businesses, primarily in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
His background spans years of work in enterprise technology and business systems across Accenture, PDI Software and Avenga. His experience covers systems architecture, business integrations, cloud operations, production reliability and technical leadership. Electrical education provides a further foundation for his interest in building and industrial infrastructure.
His responsibilities have included prioritisation, capacity planning, delegation, feedback, stakeholder coordination and release readiness. This work has required understanding how information moves, where responsibility sits and what enables teams to deliver reliably.
Acquisition focus
Teksentra focuses on electronic security and fire systems, building controls, intelligent electrical infrastructure, industrial automation and technical energy management.
These businesses combine engineering knowledge with physical execution. Their value lies in experienced people, installed systems, customer relationships, certifications and the ability to solve demanding technical problems.
The preferred first acquisition is an established, profitable B2B business with capable management, durable customer relationships and sustainable cash generation.
Contribution as an owner
Tomáš’s planned role centres on strategy, capital allocation, key hiring, management oversight and development priorities. Qualified operating leadership would carry technical execution and day-to-day delivery.
His experience in systems integration and operational visibility could support better coordination from customer enquiry through quotation, delivery, service and invoicing. It could also help establish clearer reporting, more reliable administrative processes and greater visibility into operational issues.
The starting point would be understanding the business alongside its management and technical team. Improvements would have a defined purpose, clear responsibility and a practical way to assess their results.
Ownership approach
Teksentra is intended to develop into a group of complementary technical businesses with strong local execution and shared operating discipline.
The initial priority would be continuity: understand customer commitments, retain essential know-how and agree a structured transfer of the owner’s responsibilities. Subsequent investment and acquisitions would follow the business’s management capacity and financial resilience.
Each transaction would be assessed against sustainable earnings and cash generation after management costs, maintenance investment, working-capital requirements and debt service.
Current stage
Teksentra is seeking its first platform acquisition. Transaction structure, financing and the management-transition plan are assessed individually for each opportunity.
